My approach is to provide a comfortable space for clients to succeed. First, I combine dialogue and inquiry. Then, blending that with my knowledge of the body, ergonomics, and intuition. This helps clients become more aware of how their environment, relationships, or triggers in those situations may be a source of their tension. From there, we develop a tool kit that can be used during those situations to feel better, more confident, and less stressed.
My clients are men and women from 16 - 90 years of age. They are looking for positive ways to deal with daily stressors. Some are looking for healthier ways to manage life during loss, transition, or change at school, jobs, or personal lives. In comparison, others want to be proactive and stay active and healthy as they age.
In my transformational packages, I have had great success working with people who want to better understand the mind/body connection and are open to exploring their gifts and how their reactions to their daily lives might contribute to their stress levels. I have been able to help clients bring all of this together to reduce their anxiety, boost confidence, find practical ways to release the muscle tension in their bodies while improving their overall quality of life.
Additionally, I have worked with teens and young adults with communication and managing their reactions under stress or uncertainty at home or school. Once they learn how their body communicates with them during these situations, they can utilize self-care to feel better, boost their confidence and regain their footing. In addition, by understanding these tools, they are better equipped to manage tension when they feel overwhelmed or anxious. So as they navigate through life, they will have the means to mitigate the long-term health effects stress can have on the body as they age.
