Quest is a one-on-one coaching session for teens feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, and emotionally drained. Maybe they struggle to concentrate or manage school, which shows in their grades or home life. Quest is a 50-minute focused session that helps them get back on track, build self-confidence, and reduce anxiety. It takes their natural gifts and goals and turns them into tools they can use to better manage daily stressors, improve sleep, and boost their energy and alertness.
