Quest is a one-on-one coaching session for teens feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, and emotionally drained. Maybe they find it hard to concentrate or manage school, and it's showing in their grades or homelife. Quest is a 50 minute focused session to help them get back on track, build their self-confidence, and reduce anxiety. Taking their natural gifts and goals and turning them into tools they can use to manage daily stressors better, improve sleep and boost their energy and alertness.
